My Treatments

As a Manual Therapist, it is my duty and my passion to learn all that I can in an effort to strengthen my ability to bring relief and comfort to my clients. Over the years I have learned how to integrate all of these modalities into the sessions I provide.

Let my experience be your healing touch.

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation evaluates and treats the dynamics of motion and suspension in relation to organs, membranes, fascia, and ligaments. This technique increases proprioceptive communication within the body, thereby revitalizing a person and relieving symptoms of pain, dysfunction, and poor posture.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves the application of decompressed cups on the skin, creating a vacuum effect that lifts up underlying tissues such as the fascia and muscles, blood and other fluid, close to the surface of the skin.

Pilates

Pilates is a modality designed to be low impact exercise that is used to strengthen and elongate the muscles while at the same time helping to improve posture. Thaís applies a contemporary approach to the original method created by Joseph Pilates.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a modality designed for relaxation. Therapists use long slow gliding strokes with light but firm pressure. This technique is great for decreasing stress, improving blood flow, and improving ones overall mental state.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a modality designed to release the tension in the body by releasing knots in muscles. Therapists use firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. This technique is great for decreasing tension and stiffness in the body, for decreasing pain, for increasing blood flow, which gives an over-all relaxed feeling in the body.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a modality designed to release tension within the central nervous system. Therapists use a very gentle and light touch approach. This technique is great for improving the entire body's over-all health and performance.
